1964 Ford Falcon Sprint for sale. This special restomod Sprint has been under the same caring owner for over 38 years. It is equipped with a 289ci C4 automatic and a long list of improvements to enhance performance, handling, and reliability.

The interior is comprised of cloth bench seats with an older but very nice-looking interior with no rips or tears or stains, a recent new headliner, color-keyed dash, and custom black on white-faced custom gauges: water temp, voltage, Fuel gauge, and oil pressure. It has a nice sounding Kenwood AM/FM/CD with USB and AUX port. Rear 6 x 9 Kenwood and front 5.5-inch coaxial custom kick panel-mounted, with a power amp, stereo keeps the ambiance alive as you are cruising down the highway!

All glass is intact, looking great, including the manual wind up side windows and manual wing windows, as well. All are original except the windshield. It has an upgraded fiberglass heater box, also the defroster diverter box was upgraded to ABS plastic.

It was nicely repainted in 2013. All body panels are straight, is rust-free, has a beautiful smooth finish, excellent fit, and good, solid floors. Glass, rubber, and trim show nicely. It has a nice rake and rides on a set of Falken tires mounted to classic Cragar SS wheels with 14x6 up front and 15x7 in the rear.

The 289ci V8 was rebuilt years ago yet only has about 12k miles on it. It was bored 0.030 over, has a Summit racing distributor, aluminum intake, Edelbrock 4-bbl 500 cfm carburetor, Hedman Hedders, crane camshaft (mild street), ARP fasteners, and adjustable rockers. Shifting is excellent with the upgraded C4 with a BTE aluminum pan and B&M QuickSilver shifter.

The rear end is the Ford 8 inch and has a 2.79:1 ratio ring and pinion. Handling is nimble with upgraded 4-leaf with 125 Lb per inch spring rate. Three leaf were standard. Front mods include a custom “Monte Carlo” bar that keeps front-end geometry accurate under all conditions. Upper control arms have been replaced per the “Shelby Drop” (1 inch down, 1/8 inch back) means performance improved without the need for a drop kit.

Bushings, shock tower shafts were all replaced within the last 1,000 miles as well as upper ball joints and lower control arms and ball joints. In addition, it has an upgraded custom manual rack and pinion steering from Total Control. The entire front end has been rebuilt within the last 1,000 miles!

This Sprint is an excellent driver that will do well on the street or in the show circuit. If you love Ford, this needs to be in your Garage! Comes with a clean, Idaho title, ships from Boise, Idaho.
