I come across many replica cars in my business but this is by far, hands-down the nicest! Built by Classic Roadsters, Ltd., this recreation of the beautiful 1934 Mercedes-Benz 500K is a blast to drive! Current owner since 2004, it was purchased from the original owner. It was built in 1987 and has just 4700 miles. This Classic Roadster is quite functional and handles beautifully. The Ford 302 ci 5L V8 runs beautifully with plenty of power, an 8" Ford rear-end is perfect for highway cruising and front disc brakes help it stop with ease. The automatic transmission shifts exactly as it should. It rides on newer Dayton chrome spoke wheels and is quite comfortable with heat, air conditioning and roll-up windows. The top is in great shape and the car even comes with an unfinished removable hardtop. If you’re looking for a beautiful classic with modern comfort and reliability, this 500K is an excellent candidate!
